Partners Meeting on occasion of opening of "LEXNET - Low EMF Exposure Future Networks" was held on 7 and 8 November 2012. in Budva. It is a scientific research FP7 project funded by the European Commission (FP7-ICT-2011-8 Objective ICT-01.01.2011: Future Networks), in which the Centre for Telecommunications Montenegro is one of the partners. The project is related to the issue of exposure to electromagnetic radiation from telecommunication networks and devices. The aim is to define technology solutions that will reduce the level of electromagnetic radiation of existing and future radio network, while preserving the quality of service for end users. Suggestions solutions will be checked and verified in environments that correspond to energy-efficient urban areas, so as to create conditions for the definition of appropriate standards in this area is extremely current.
